Duotech Services, LLC is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Measures we take
To support accessibility, this website uses the following measures:
- Semantic HTML and landmarks, so assistive technology can describe and navigate each page.
- Keyboard operability for every interactive feature, including navigation, search and forms.
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and its background.
- Text alternatives for images that carry information.
- Forms with labels and error messages.
- Reduced-motion support for people who turn off animation in their system settings.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom to 400 percent and custom text spacing.
How we evaluate accessibility
We test every page with automated tools (axe-core) against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA at desktop and mobile widths. We also check each page template for keyboard use, visible focus, zoom and reflow, text spacing, color contrast, form errors and the information that screen readers announce.

Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not be fully accessible:
- Infographics are images of text. Each one has a short text description, but its full content is not yet available as text. A text version of any infographic is available on request.
- Some PDF documents, such as datasheets, terms and certificates, were created before this website and may not be fully accessible. Accessible versions are available on request.
- Job listings come from a live feed, and job applications are handled by a third-party provider, iCIMS. The accessibility of the iCIMS application site is outside Duotech’s control.
- Some news posts link to videos hosted on YouTube. Captions for those videos depend on the original upload.
